Refund Policy

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund or exchange, provided it is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, please contact us at contact@maisonarlen.com with your order number.

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
